The 4-year-old’s favorite family outing is a trip from Concord to the Rosie the Riveter Visitor Education Center in Richmond, and that’s where she was on Friday, wearing her polka dot red bandanna and showing her “We Can Do It” spirit to help promote the city’s rally and festival next week.
